The full url is not the problem. The installer can not locate the DB you have added to config.php.

i tried that and just twof and neither worked and i can see its created because its in my Cpanel..and ive installed forums before and ive never had
this problem |

it doesnt let it continue..i tried just deleting the install forum after that came up and it said that the tables were never made...i have no idea
what is going on.....and it is starting to bother me |
