It may be possible that your servers do not support GD.
Goto http://www.yourdomain.com/forumsdirectory/phpinfo.php and
look to see if GD is enabled.
Do any of you have the input option for the image code when registering, or is the image and input box both missing?

I have now rectified the problem.
The image code was added after the member_reg template was outputed to the browser, not before.

Yes, including your forum user/pass so I can check templates.

That's for you to decide. I have logged into many members servers, and as far as I am aware, none of them have had problems.
For increased security, you can change your password(s) (FTP and Forum) to temporary ones whilst I rectify the problem. Once rectified, you can
restore to your previous passwords, knowing that I can no longer access your server.
If you are still unsure, attach your member.php file so I can check you havn't made the same mistake as neoaquino.

Passthru,
I have now rectified your member.php file.
The code was also incorrectly placed which meant it was only loading for the coppa page, and not the registration page.
Let me know if you encounter any other problems.

honda2000, open that file, highlight all the text, right click and copy. then go to your forums and go to your admin panel, Click on insert Raw SQL,
now, right click in the big box and choose paste and submit it, your done and it will be loaded.
Adam, Thanks a bunch, thats above and beyond support and is greatly appreciated..Was it the same problem neoaquino had? |

Have you turned the hack on in Admin Panel -> Settings?
Have you uploaded the reg images to the images/regimages/ directory?
